Feel like you have heard it all before and already have effective strategies? You probably have. If you are anything like me, there is so much going on that that you are too busy to actually implement anything. I particularly found that when I was really under the pump I naturally defaulted to all of my bad habits (‘I’m too busy to eat/exercise/organise’ etc). Sound familiar? Nothing really changed until I took some time off of the merry-go-round and prioritised my business.
It is a struggle to enact change, even more so on your own. Working with others helps to keep you accountable and my job as coach is to regularly check in with you and provide you with feedback along your journey. I am going to help improve your digital skills in order to grow your business.
Professional Bio
I have qualifications in Business Administration (MBA), Science Communication (BScMedia, GD SciComm) and Education (GDEd).
After juggling my first Principalship with raising my first child, I am currently taking some time off to invest in myself and my family, while my husband pursues his professional aspirations. This has provided me with an opportunity to rediscover my passion for supporting small businesses, especially those in rural and remote areas.
I coach and mentor small business operators, supporting them to develop systems and processes to grow their businesses.
Other roles in the past 20 years have included Deputy Principal, Principal Education Officer, Head of School, Head of Department, multiage teacher, Regional Science Project Officer (Victoria), Education Adviser, high school teacher (Senior Biology/English), children’s television consultant and museum Education Officer.
I am a skilled and passionate public speaker and have been writing and presenting professional development workshops across Australia and internationally for more than a decade. I estimate that I have delivered over 150 workshops to more than 3000 professionals in that time.
